4th International Congress of the International Police Organization (IPO) in Valletta, Malta

On 4 October 2025 the 4th International Congress of the International Police Organization (IPO) took place in Valletta, Malta – a significant event that brought together security experts, international professionals, and IPO members from around the world.

The Congress focused on international cooperation in the field of security and addressed current global challenges such as migration, cybercrime, and terrorism, as well as the integration of new technologies into law enforcement and public safety structures.

In numerous sessions, participants discussed topics such as crisis management, border security, and the role of modern security agencies in addressing complex threats. Particular emphasis was placed on the importance of professional training and education, the exchange of best practices, and the development of international networks to strengthen cooperation between security institutions.

The interactive workshops allowed participants to exchange experiences, develop innovative solutions, and create new strategies for maintaining public safety in an increasingly complex world.
